Why Invest in Personal Training?

There is literally nothing more important than your health. 

I genuinely don’t think there’s a better investment of your time and money, that is why I even have a coach!

Consider Jeff Bezos(I’m not a fan of his or anything)- this guy could have anything that he wants in the world, and what does he prioritize? Getting jacked. That’s because there’s no wealth greater than health, fitness and physiological agency. 

 Being jacked and having a 6 pack is a euphoric experience- I’d go as far as to say it’s a spiritual experience. But I don’t want to train you just so that you can post thirst traps (go off, king/queen/royal subject), I want to help transform your life on a fundamental level in which you can move towards integrating mind, body and spirit. 

And it doesn’t stop after a few months or even years. Health and fitness is an infinite game, you just keep playing it and I will help you get better at playing and hopefully, you’ll actually come to enjoy doing it too!

I know I do, because otherwise I wouldn’t be doing this. 


“What Do You Do?”

Body Recomposition means changing your body. Transforming your body. Whatever your body is “composed” of, we want to “recompose” that. Into what? More lean muscle mass. Afterwards? Some more lean muscle mass. Everything else, including that fat that we’re all worried about, will take care of itself.

This involves mainly:

  1. Understanding and implementing *muscle resistance* training

  2. Understanding and implementing *sustainable nutrition* practices

  3. Sleeping

    There are certainly other parts involved, but you and I focus on these :)

  • Educational Materials & Lessons on Principles of Fitness & Lifestyle Sciences

  • Weekly Live Yoga Sessions

  • Technique instructions/Proper Form

  • Tracking progress
